    Product Instructions

6.25 g/L florasulam + 300 g/L 2,4-D acid is a systemic herbicide for controlling annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds in wheat, barley, oats, triticale, rye and corn.
This formulation contains two active ingredients, florasulam and 2,4-D acid, with distinct modes of action, delivering outstanding control against broadleaf weeds.
The herbicide acts rapidly and is uniformly transported within weed plants to achieve thorough weed eradication.
Application of VITONG at the early growth stage of weeds helps protect crops and promotes healthy crop growth.

    Mode of action

2,4-D + Florasulam is absorbed via weed foliage and rapidly translocates to all parts of the weed.
The synergistic effect of the two active ingredients leads to weed deformation, growth suppression and eventual complete weed death.
Symptoms appear faster under favourable conditions when temperature exceeds 5°C.
When temperature is around 5°C, full weed control may take up to 3 weeks.

    How to use

Apply the product post-emergence according to crop varieties and growth stages.
    Recommended application rate: 0.4 – 0.6 L/ha.
    • Winter wheat, winter barley, triticale, rye: Apply in spring from the start of tillering to the second vegetative node (BBCH 21-32).
    • Spring wheat, spring barley, oats: Apply from the 2-leaf stage to the second vegetative node (BBCH 12-32).
    • Maize: Apply at the 2–6 leaf stage (BBCH 12-16).
