flonicamid

I. An insecticide specifically designed to control piercing-sucking insects, especially effective against aphids that have developed resistance.

Usage and Application Scenarios (by crop category):

1. Cotton Aphids: 8% Flonamid SC 450-750 ml/ha. Apply at the initial stage of aphid infestation, diluted in 600-750 kg of water for spraying. Safe period: 21 days.

2. Rice Planthoppers: 20% Flonamid + Clothiadin SC 300-450 ml/ha. Spray during peak nymphal infestation.

3. Wheat Aphids: 15% Flonamid + Bifenthrin SC 300-450 ml/ha. Apply at the beginning and peak of aphid infestation, diluted in 450-700 kg of water for spraying. Safe period: 14 days.

4. Cucumber Aphids: 50% Water Dispersible Granules 80-150 g/ha. Spray at the initial stage of infestation.

5. Leaf Lettuce Aphids: 50% Water Dispersible Granules 80-150 g/mu Spray at the initial stage of infestation

6: Cabbage aphid 50% water-dispersible granules Spray once at the initial stage of young nymph infestation

7: Sichuan pepper aphid 8% dispersible oil suspension 1000-2000 times dilution Spray once at the initial stage of aphid infestation, spraying until the solution is dripping. Safe period: 28 days

8: Peach aphid 15% Flonicamid + Bifenthrin suspension 4000-5000 times dilution At the beginning and peak of aphid infestation, use 1-2 kg of water per tree. Safe period: 14 days

II. Technical Requirements for Use

1. 1. Timing of Application

Early Stage Application:Apply the pesticide at the early stage of infestation of pests such as aphids and rice planthoppers, or during the peak emergence period of young nymphs. This is the most effective time.

Note on Duration of Effect:As this pesticide is an insect repellent, pests will stop feeding within one hour of contact. However, it may take 2-3 days for visible pest deaths to occur. Do not repeat the application if no dead pests are observed.

2. Application Method

Even and Thorough Application:** Spray evenly and thoroughly, ensuring the pesticide covers tender plant tissues (young leaves, buds, etc.), as the pesticide can be absorbed and translocated by these tissues.

Water Quantity:** 600-750 kg/ha for cucumbers and cotton; 450-750 kg/ha for rice.

III. Compound Formulation Scheme

Flonicamid + Thiamethoxam:** Thiamethoxam is a neonicotinoid, possessing both systemic and rapid-acting properties.

Flonicamid + Bifenthrin:** Bifenthrin is a pyrethroid, increasing contact and rapid-acting properties.

Flonicamid + Clothianidin:** Clothianidin They are nicotine-based, with complementary mechanisms of action.
