Pump dose: Use 22 to 30 ml of Propargite 42% + Hexythiazox 2% EC per 15-litre knapsack pump for general foliar application.

Water Volume: Use 150 to 200 litres of water per acre for full canopy coverage — cover the leaf underside thoroughly, as mites hide there.
Best Time to Apply:
1. Spray at the first sign of mite activity — when small yellow or brown patches appear on leaves, or when tiny mite colonies start building up on the leaf underside.
2. Because Propargite 42% + Hexythiazox 2% EC has strong ovicidal action, spraying early — when eggs are being laid — gives the strongest, longest-lasting results.
3. Late afternoon or early evening is the best window, as leaf temperature is cooler and product retention on the leaf is stronger.
Frequency of Application and Re-entry Period:
Frequency: 1 to 2 sprays of Ceasemite Insecticide per crop cycle at 25 to 30-day intervals — the long ovicidal residual means fewer sprays are needed than with older miticides.
Re-Entry Period: Wait 24 hours after spraying before re-entering the treated field without protective clothing.
Compatibility: It is compatible with most common fungicides and water-soluble fertilizers. Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline products like Bordeaux mixture, lime sulfur, or high-pH copper sprays. Do NOT mix with oil-based sprays like neem oil, as it may increase leaf burn. Always run a small jar test before a new tank-mix.
